What does the bot do?

SkyHelper comes with multiple features that can help you throughout your journey in Sky. It provides real-time Shards details and various in-game events times countdowns to Seasonal Guides and much more...

How does Live Countdowns work?

Live Countdowns is a feature for Shards and SkyTimes in which bot auto updates message in designated channel at specific intervals ( 5 min. for Shards and 2 min. for SkyTimes) with real time informations. You can set up a channel for this by running /shards-live and /sky-times-live respectively (It is recommended to choose a channel where no one else can send messages (except the bot) as the bot will update the same message sent during configuring the command, so original message can get lost in public channels).

How can we report something?

Currently there is no direct method for this, the bot does ask to report a bug when it encounters an error, but you can also use the /suggestion command to send a report (for now) or you can open an Issue on the bot's GitHub.
